I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and were always helpful. The room was pleasant and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities, including the pool, sauna, and steam room, were excellent and added to the relaxation. The food, both for breakfast and dinner, was of high quality and delicious. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The staff's ability to speak English was a bonus, as it made communication effortless. this hotel provided a delightful and relaxing holiday experience.

The hotel had a nice location and the staff was friendly. the breakfast was decent, and the free adventure pool and ski lift passes were great perks. the hotel was also clean and well-maintained.
The hotel claimed to have good wifi connection, but it was barely working in the whole building. I had important work meetings to attend, and despite the staff's efforts to fix the issue, the internet never improved which was a major disappointment.
